We purchased my engagement ring and 2 wedding bands in September , giving me a complete new set . I've had the worst luck with all 3 rings . . I am extremely unhappy with the lack of communication between this store, the home office, and me. Had my rings sent in to get dipped and the prongs redone on June 21st, was told it would be back in two weeks and that someone would call. No one called. I've called numerous times, been into the store, and nothing. Here it is 4 weeks later and no one can tell me where rings are and when they'll be back. I am not a happy customer.
I am very disappointed in hearing about this company. They claim to be a family owned company which gives them a better chance for clientele to enter there store due to the fact people look for that close, fair and compassionate connection. I find it funny that you give the same pre fabricated response to everyone who comments about being a loyal customer, and yet you will not work with them in the slightest, now that they have an issue. Disappointed about the recent lack of understanding and customer service with a customer.
As my wife has posted above overall dissapointed in the lack of truly putting customers first. As one who spent years in service based industries I never once hid behind a policy and failed to truly stand behind my product. Unfortunately, that is exactly what has happened.
