Get directionsI am very sorry but I have not been treated well here and I do not think they should get any recommendation. Very poor service quality and concern here and so many lies

Please do not trust this facility. Their nursing staff visited my dad in hospital and told him they could “meet him where he is.” Based on this assessment, I put down a substantial amount of money including a deposit and first month’s rent. When I notified the hospital of my father’s post-discharge plans, the hospital assured me his condition was far too complex to be handled at Asher Point ([facility removed]). They also mentioned this facility has a reputation for taking patients that require care beyond what the facility ... read more

Folks this is NOT the place for your parents, grandparents, and great grandparents. In my visiting experience, the food was served cold, food served on paper plates, or food served that was not on the menu. Additionally, it was brought to our family’s attention by several residents, including our loved one, that housekeeping was NOT provided for 3-weeks in July 2024. The director did not produce housekeepings logs when requested so this validated. Additionally, there is a resident presently with bed bugs in their room. The d... read more

My mother likes that she can plant flowers and bushes in the side gardens. She likes her apartment overall. Here are the things that need improvement: There is no security. Residents forget sometimes to close the exit doors at night and there are no cameras or security to make sure people are safe. Food is a big issue. Five or six new chefs within about 4 months. Many days all they get are sandwiches and fruit. Sometimes served on paper plates even with plastic silverware. High turnover on staff and many residents have heard... read more
The facility is quite nice but pricey. This is the fourth senior citizen living complex that my mother has been living in. It is the most expensive and they do the least for the residents. The activities are minimal and the lights in the commons areas are turned off about 7:30 pm. There is no one at the front desk after this time. The food and service at meal times has been severely lacking until just recently. I keep food items my mother likes in her apartment for her to have when she is disappointed with the meals offered ... read more
While beautiful from the outside and the apartments are nice, that is the most positive comments I can make about Prairie Rose. This is the fourth place like this my mother has lived in. It is the most expensive and they do the least for the residents. Activities are very minimal. The food is the least appetizing of all four places. Lobby lights are turned off early and no one is at the front desk during the night. It seems like there is little security, but I don't the details of the security. There is a button by the front... read more
I was really impressed with this community but the cost was too expensive. My loved one also knew people at the other community. Did not like the set up of the apartments and looked like it may have been hard to move in.
Their maintenance man is horrible and doesn't know what he's doing. My loved ones say the food is a little bland. I think they're doing pretty good with activities and keeping the residents busy, but they could do a little brainstorming and get some more variety. During the sales process, they say Wi-Fi is included, but the residents have to provide their own. They could clean the outside building itself more and the garage. They could also get their security cameras working, especially because homelessness is a big issue in... read more
The community is understaffed and does not appreciate their residence. I am not satisfied with this community and I would not recommend it to others.
