Verified Renter Pros : Nice location. Great price. Utilities included. Relatively quiet neighborhood. Cons : Air/Heat are control by the property — Summer time is AWFUL when it gets too hot so beware.

Verified Renter There is a need for improved lighting and security throughout the complex and a better response to communication from the office staff. "Working on it" is not a proper response when it is left undone.
