Verified Renter My experience in this community has been warm and wonderful. I won't recommending this community to people I meet on daily basis. The residents are peaceful, friendly, and respectful.

I just wish management would do something about the loud hot rod resident unsafe drivers , loud parties past quiet hours, the illegal extra tenants next door definitely going over occupancy limits, and the rude people putting trash in our dumpster, when they have their own.

Verified Renter The community is nice. I like my apartment. Parking is sometimes iffy. But other than that I’ve enjoyed living here. I wish the pool opened earlier but that’s just a preference.

Verified Renter Good neighborhood. Not too many issues to make a deal about. Parking can be tricky if you don’t have a pass, but I have mine. Trash gets picked up twice a week
