Verified Renter The maintenance staff and the grounds girls do an excellent job here of keeping this place up-to-date and clean office. Staff is very knowledgeable, especially Louis. So glad he’s back even if it’s for a little while he really does make a difference here. Thanks everybody for doing an awesome job.

Verified Renter El único problema que tenemos es con el stiker de los carros , mi esposo es el principal del contrato pero las placas de sus carros son de otro estado y por eso le dijeron que no tiene derecho , los respectivos stiker de aparcamiento de acá de los apartamentos, le toca dejarlos en visitor o en la calle

Verified Renter My name is Ms. Lucille Taylor, I have lived at Ashley's for 10 years. I Love it here. When you call maintenance they come the following day if not that same day they fix the problem and they're very polite friendly leasing office staff is very helpful nice I've never had a problem with anyone in the past or the present. I definitely recommend friends or family to come and live at Ashley's.

Verified Renter This is not a bad apartment complex at all. It's relatively quiet and I really the size of the rooms. The all inclusive utilities are a plus and they even allow pets! While some might say that the apartments are a bit dated due to the age of the buildings, overall it's not a bad place to live at all.
