Verified Renter Very nice and quiet and clean place to live maintenance crew is totally awesome. Always gets their work done the first time the grounds girls keep this place perfect always sweeping and cleaning up office crew is amazing. Makes it very nice to live here. Thank you.

I have not had any issues here, but my last 2 years here has not been good due to parking restrictions and very high rent increases. Once again I have been living here for 15 years. I do like it here but I feel I will have to move soon due to these two issues.

Verified Renter Overall it has been a good place to live and call home for the last 10 years; no majors problems other then the door slammers and dog owners that continue to not pick up their dog waste.
Verified Renter Friendly neighborhood and I and my family feeling very secure, close access to gas stations and shopping centers. Safety environment, enough car parking and playing grounds for kids.
Verified Renter While once a great place to live, it has been in decline the past few years. They had one really good property manager but that person was promoted upwards and it has been subpar since.
