Our dog is very sassy, stubborn, and smart. We've taken her to other vets but live right by Aspen so when Tess grew and broke open a lump on her butt we thought we would give the clinic a try. I'm so glad we did. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They welcomed us with open arms and took absolutely amazing care of our old hound dog. I would give them 10 stars if possible. I had a problem with my previous vet and was searching for a trustworthy clinic when I located Aspen. My dog has some anxiety issues and everyone was very patient with him during his visit. Victoria is awesome as well as the rest of the staff. Dr. Indart is very approachable, friendly, and knows her stuff. My dog liked all of the staff and seemed to be fairly comfortable as it was his first time here. I am so happy I found Aspen and highly recommend them.

Love, Love, Love Aspen Animal Wellness and staff. You can feel the love & compassion for animals right when you walk in to the office. The staff are always friendly and make by pup feel special. Dr. Betsy is caring and knowledgeable. You never feel rushed when she's caring for your pup. She takes her time to explain everything and follows up with you the next day to find out how your pup is doing. She always very gentle and loving to my pup when she is examining him. I found Dr. Betsy Phillip's when she was at her previous clinic and loved her compassion for her work and my dogs. When I learned that she left and started her own place I could not be happier for her. Dr. Phillip's ALWAYS takes her time with her patients and their humans. Aspen Animal Wellness opened their doors recently and I am so happy they did! I had a bit of an emergency with my cat, she wasn't feeling well and we weren't sure of the issue. After calling around Aspen was able to get her in same day just a few hours after I called, such a relief! They also gave me the option of an in-clinic or curbside appointment, I really liked that because my cat is super timid and scared of the vets office (we have a regular vet that comes to our house actually because of this), and I like to be there... read more

had good experiences with this vet in the past spending upwards of 15,000 dollars on my four dogs , but after missing an appointment in the past and having multiple on time appearances since missed appointment they got greedy and hit me out of nowhere for a deposit I like this vet and the staff but not "the management " that decided to start asking for deposit when I pay in full cash every time

This place used to be wonderful until they hired a new doctor named dr hicks. She is pure evil! Will belittle you and the vet tech right in front of you. She misdiagnosed my cat and dog had to take them elsewhere to save there lives. Also with dentals she won't do extraction same day she will send you home with infected teeth and have you schedule another appointment for extractions so you have to pay even more money to put them under again and extract the bad teeth and stress out my dog even more.
