Dr. Pappe was great! Made sure that I was well taken care of during my procedure. As for the care I have received since, Mia has been absolutely amazing! She's truly an asset to Aspen Dental and because of her, I will continue doing business with them as well as referring other's to do the same!
lost my partial...no front teeth ! I am in business, so I was MORTIFIED. 1st appt. Monday, teeth by Wednesday. The dental assistant, Sharif Glenn was wonderful, and reassuring as I sobbed thru the e-xays. Dr Singh was very professional and understanding of my predicament. She made sure I was happy with the result. The receptionist welcomed me warmly and Amanda the "insurance checker" was helpful in helping me make a decision in such an emotional state. I would recommend this office to anyone.
I am a new patient, first time there and I am here to say this was the most pleasant visit ever. I got in to see the dentist under 24 hours, (in my mind it was an emergency) and I can't say enough about the whole staff, office manager etc My problem was taken care of in 1/2 hour and I made the remark to the dentist,that I could hug them and she gave me a big hug. The densit is kind and gentle and he listens when you have questions
I highly recommend Dr. Williams, she is awesome, patient and very compassionate about her work. I was very nervous going to a dentist. But I felt good every time I visited the Smyrna location. The staff is very pleasant as well.
When i first arrived at the office, i was terrified,most of all because i didnt know what to expect, but when Jasmin started explaining everything to me, it seemed like my fear disappeared because for some reason i trusted her. On the way home, My Top Plate, Front right tooth fell out. The NEW DR. SHANE BROWN, stayed late and fixed my teeth before he went home. Told me to come see him if anymore problems. So Far, with this office Great Service. Even late! He stayed 30 min late for ME.
Cleaning Tech: Roland Polishing Tech: Gabby It would seem that Gabby is new employee. She did very well and will be a great asset to the Mt. Dora office. Roland is a good tech and instructor. My only complaint is the $39 co-pay which, when I challenged it, was said to be for the fluoride rinse.
