A dental Assistan by the name of Joan is the most caring & wonderful person. She seems to care, very much, about all her patients. She makes it an easy visit.
The corporate feel took a minute to adjust to, but I was impressed. Had a broken tooth, took a couple visits, and the extraction went flawless from my end. Thought the price was reasonable $250. Dr. Wu was excellent, extremely gentle. I wasn't going to, but I think I'll go back for a maintenance checkup and see how it goes.
The staff was very courteous and professional. I was in excruciating pain and was able to get immediate relief.
I highly recommend this office, as well I give a tremendous thumbs up to Dr. Randoll and his assistant that took great care of me. I broke a upper front tooth crown on Easter Sunday. And on Monday, Dr. Randoll fit me in to his schedule and was able to temporarily repair it so I didn't talk like Daffy Duck. He took impressions, and within 3 weeks my new crown was in. I have had top dentures for over 14 years with no issues. I had my bottom dentures done 2 years ago (NOT done at Aspen) which was a horrific experience! The bottom denture broke a few weeks ago. This just increased my already existing phobia of dentists. After researching and consulting with several dentists and denture establishments, I decided to go with Aspen Dental, Dr. Koolick at the Peoria office.
