Everyone in the office in every postion was friendly and helpful. The establishment is very clean and organized. The staff is friendly with plenty of smiles to go around and seemed diligent and well-informed. The dentist is caring and took the time to answer all of my questions. Staff was very nice and professional. I have anxiety when it comes to dentists and i was very comfortable.
I am the definition of an anxious dental patient. I've had fairly extensive work done in the past and I always have the urge to take off running in the opposite direction when the doc comes in. My previous dentist suggested more procedures and I came to Aspen looking for a second opinion. I came in as an uninsured new patient, with tooth pain. Dr. Vu and her staff were wonderful; got me in same day for x-rays, wisdom teeth extractions and with a new patient discount. I will definitely be going back for follow up care.
I was very happy with my experience there Dr. Sonn was very understanding with my situation and I was very pleased with Ryan helping me get appointment so soon. He helped me greatly with my financial situation I would recommend them highly to anyone, very pleased over all.
Everyone I del with made me feel very comfortable. Everyone talked me through procedures and helped me understand what was going on. The staff talked to me about upcoming procedures and finances. Great environment.
Everyone at this office was super friendly. Marie, my new angel, had saw a post I posted on social media and knew I was in tons of pain and she was able to get me in the same day! They ended up pulling my tooth and the process was super fast. I would highly recommend this office!
