very pleased with my recent visit. the whole staff was very nice, efficient and knowledgeable
Everyone at this office is warm and helpful and the staff seem genuinely concerned about your oral health. I've seen Dr. Perez three times now and she is always friendly and gentle. I always feel comfortable during my visits and leave feeling totally satisfied with my care.
From the very 1st visit/appointment last summer 2016, I was made welcome,all were happy to please me in any way that they could, would readily answer questions,etc...just could not have been better. The only constructive criticism I would offer is that most of the dental assistants(all women not born in USA not that it matters) didn't consistently tell me their name on 1st greeting me. Going to the dentist isn't my favorite thing to do but it was a good experience! Sarah Brown did a wondeful job cleaning my teeth! Everyone was friendly and I felt very comfortable, Danielle did a great job with my xrays and everyone was very gentle with me!
I hadn't had a crown put in for several years. I was very surprised at how easily the prep procedure went. From the impressions to the actual drilling out of my old filling, I had absolutely no pain or discomfort. And the numbness was so slight I didn't even feel it during or after.
The staff is very warm and inviting! Couldnt ask for a better experience!
I was scared walking into the office for my scaling, but at the end I was better. Sarah the hygienist was patient and really nice to me! I would definitley come back to Aspen Dental!
I've always had a fear of the dentist and never really went but I made an appointment at Aspen dental and the staff was very professional and courteous Dr. Bradley did a great job along with his assistant Ashley the only thing I would recommend is putting a TV on the ceiling they have TVs in the room but once you lay back in the chair you can't see them, all in all it's a great place to go.
Every one there was great and very professional ,my Dr Blanford and his assistant vicky are great every one at the front desk are very nice and Tina she is the best she helped me a lot in the process ,I would recommend my family and friends to go to Aspen Dental at the tonawanda office,
