I had to make several trips to have my dentures adjusted. I was always treated great! I was never treated as though I was just tolerated, instead I was always treated like family. Thanks to the Dentists and the Dental Assistants.
We had some problems unforeseen with bone pertruding but they discover the reverse method and filling down and remake of dentures was the perfect fix. Aspen never stop rendering high expectations. Far from a bad review. Yes I recommend Aspen but be patient. The staff is remarkably nice. May be worth the cost. Quilts Controls.
Do I recommend Aspen Dental? Maybe. It depends on how much you value your time and if you don't mind having 4 appointments to get your work done but how about when 4 appointments turns into 8 because every appointment you make gets mysteriously cancelled, rescheduled, or you go and wait for an hour and a half and sit in a room staring at a wall hoping someone notices you. When I started coming to Aspen Dental, it had been three years since I'd been to a dentist, and I knew there was some work to be done, but nobody gave me a hard time about not going to the dentist for all of that time. All of the staff there were super friendly and accommodating. While this establishment was very convenient, and was open on Christmas Eve for a broken crown, it was like a car sales lot. Started services without asking and suggesting what they were doing would be cheaper for the insurance aspect. They didn't clean my teeth but had several scans and X-rays done with state of the art machines. Talked with four different staff. I'm writing in regards to the Aspen. Dental on highway one, and I want to inform everybody what a lousy place that is they don't know how to do dentures, and they say they do yet my wife has had to go back multiple times for 3 years and still can't get him to do her teeth right? And now they're saying, oh, well, we can't find your check, you paid with so. We care warranty her teeth. And I paid them over $15000 just for her implants. And then I paid him another. Terrible experience with this dentist group. Told me my balance was clear, then ghosted me for 3 years--no checkup reminders, no billing notices-before sending debt collectors after me. Customer service was awful, stories changed depending on who I spoke with-one rep apologized for no contact and promised to request forgiveness, others blamed me for their errors. Unreliable and unprofessional-avoid at all costs.

Do not go here, I was charged $700.00 for a cleaning and x-rays. I was treated very rudely when I questioned the charges. I would give a 0 if it was possible. The gentleman Moe who gave the positive review is the owner, he is from Tampa. So, you see they are dishonest as well.
