i had 25 teeth removed at one time based on their recomendation. they left so many bone fragments that they had to cut my gums open 2 more times. the temporary denture i got broke in two places within a month. they maxed out my credit card and since i didnt return they have not refunded me for services not yet rendered.

the worst. terrible service. cant get anyone in the office on the phone. i have had a billing issue with aspen dental wake forest for over one year. this office sent my account to a collection agency and damaged my credit. awful custome service.

I had a appointment today (11/14/22) front desk girl claims the appointment was canceled because I did not confirm by phone. She claims they called several times however, she did not have my phone number. I confirmed by email per request by Aspen dental. If they are that incompetent at the front desk just think of what they would do to my teeth. First appointment and the last with these people.

the Wake for office is unbelievable . I have had two sets of dentures made because they continually break . First upper plate broke when all I did was sneeze . Second one broke when I was chewing a steak and I almost swallowed half the plate . I had to go for several adjustments and I still cannot use the new bottom plate without it causing sores in my mouth brings up to our last year their Dentures are made really thin and I was told that's because their polymer they use is stronger . This is one of the worst experiences (still ongoing) I have ever had. Buckle up it's a long story. I went to an Aspen Dental in Virginia Beach and had a good experience so when I moved I figured it would be easiest to find another Aspen to go to. I was quickly able to make an appointment at the one in Wake Forest. My initial appointment on like June 3rd was just to get scans and set up my insurance and payments and whatnot. I went to Aspen Dental in Wake Forest on Capital Boulevard after being referred to them for 4 wisdom teeth to be extracted in MAY. We went to the consultation for the wisdom teeth PAIN and they talked us into buying their version of Invisalign which is fine but still no referral to a surgeon and they don't even have one on the premise. I spent $3,000 on these. I paid in cash not insurance. They forgot to clean his teeth for the appointment and they were trying to install the invisalign. If I could give them a zero, I would. Scheduling difficulties abounded on their end, charges seemed ridiculous and many were not covered by insurance, but the real kicker was telling me I needed two major things done that would have cost thousands of dollars. I went back to my old dentist (I had moved away) and neither procedure was needed. I would say to stay away from "corporate" dentists and find a hometown dentist you can trust.

Decided to give this new dentist office a try based on close location. Initial impression was good - felt very comprehensive. The front desk staff and hygienist were great. However, I ended up seeing the dentist for maybe 2 minutes as a new patient after my cleaning was completed. He spent very little time with me. Also - major issues with billing. Prices are not reasonable. They only have dental cleanings on Tuesday booking an appointment is not good. They never answer calls. And they don't accept most insurance. They always make you have X-rays that are very uncomfortable the dentist suggests a lot of extra work that insurance doesn't cover. I don't recommend them.
