I made an appointment to take in my upper dentures for repair. I was clear to the office that I only needed to drop off the dentures for repair. When I was taken back to 'see the dentist', they insisted I have xrays, which I refused. They also wanted to do a full dental exam, because "that's the way we do it, comprehensive dental care".
