Terrible experience with this dentist group. Told me my balance was clear, then ghosted me for 3 years--no checkup reminders, no billing notices-before sending debt collectors after me. Customer service was awful, stories changed depending on who I spoke with-one rep apologized for no contact and promised to request forgiveness, others blamed me for their errors. Unreliable and unprofessional-avoid at all costs.

Do not go here, I was charged $700.00 for a cleaning and x-rays. I was treated very rudely when I questioned the charges. I would give a 0 if it was possible. The gentleman Moe who gave the positive review is the owner, he is from Tampa. So, you see they are dishonest as well.

Genuinely the worst dental experiences I've had. From the administrative team, to the professionalism of the doctors honestly, I just think that they're understaffed and all the employees are so burnt out they've lost bedside manor and customer service skills. With as expensive as dental care is, it's just not worth going here.

All I want are the Moto liners, but this office is extremely messy. I was called and told that newest revision were in and set up an appointment for April 29th. Mind you I live an hour away from this location. I show up for my appointment and I'm told there are no aligners here. They have been made and are still at the manufacturer and the lady at the desk assured me she would call me personally when they came in. I got dentures here. They have never fitted like they should. I've seen Dr Sarah and Dr Mo and all they say is nothing is going to keep the dentures in except implants. I'm 71 retired on a fixed income and they want $7000.00 for bottom implants. Today was the last straw. I was eating with a group when my dentures popped out. In my opinion, I suggest if you need any dental work done, I would not use Aspen Dental in Wake Forest NC. Administratively, the service is substandard in my opinion. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received. If you have need of dental care, please do yourself a favor and pass on by and do not go in. I would give them a minus 1 if I could.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I had an appointment at 1:30. By 3:25 i still hasn't seen the dentist yet. I really only wanted a cleaning but they said on the phone that they couldn't do that until I had a full exam. I had my X-rays taken around 2:10 (after 40 min in the waiting room). So this was my first time going to Aspen dental. I did not enjoy it. It took them over 2 hours to get me out of there. Apparently, they told me I had 8 cavities, I also apparently need a root canal, a crown and a gingivitis cleaning. I am brushing my teeth and flossing and rinsing out my mouth. I am looking for a new dentist. and I am not going back to Aspen Dental again. and after reading some reviews on here. I'm glad that I'm not the only one who experienced these types of thing.

DO NOT GO HERE!! I know, you're afraid of spending money, and they lure you in with seeming affordable. They're not. And they will hustle you. If your dentist is bragging about his new i-watch and Lambo, you're about to be scammed. I've been here several times, had various (unnecessary) operations, but my last time was the absolute worst.
