When I got there, I had a severe toothache I mean to the point where it hurts so bad I even felt like I would pass out. Not only did they take me the same day that I called but the introductory is free. It just keeps getting better and better, Everyone there is super nice and the doctor seems like he is really educated. I was seen at this Aspen Dental office in Elk Grove I had an amazing visit everyone was so nice and helpful they took me in before my appointment time ,The young lady I believe her name is Zakina she was super nice even though she's a Eagles fan that's besides the Pointe She was super nice and very hopeful. I will recommend everyone to go to this Dentist office. I had a very good experience.

My family just recently started care at this office. From the very first visit, I have found the staff and the dentists to be extremely knowledgeable and very thorough. The oral exams, x-rays, and cleanings are comprehensive and detailed. The office manager Hope and the hygienest Danielle are professional and kind which makes the experience less stressful and advertise. I highly recommmend this dental office.

Went in with a cracked crown and saw Dr Peterson. She is AMAZING! She went above and beyond and was very patient with my sensitive teeth. Daisy was the RDA and very kind! She explained everything she was going to do and knew her stuff when answering my questions. After the procedure I spoke with Finance and Kaziah was extremely knowledgeable with my insurance and helped me understand what was covered and what was not. From that point, we made a plan. Aspen Dental employees are the friendliest people here in Elk Grove. Receptionist to the assistant to the doctor! And everyone in between. I am going through the process of getting dentures. They are so caring, happy, yet professional!! I was never without teeth after all being pulled. Temporary dentures work great, and I'm excited for next week when I receive my permanent. Lol, you guys I am so late after they made a year that I made my appointment with you guys to get my dental work in wow, in a a month when you guys get my stuff and was able to celebrate my son 17 birthday I am so happy that I went through this and I did and I'm so happy I get to smile. I was so shocked I was able to smile on my birthday a big beautiful smile because you guys thank you so much you know who you guys are thank you for changing my life and make him give me a second chance always Andy.

4 stars only coz appointment is at 9am so I went in was greeted by a beautiful lady upfront and checked me in. it was a fine morning. then came 2 more pts and it's at 9am w/c my appointment time so was seatng on their sofa. then someone called the last pt who came in. and in about 5mins someone fr inside came and called the other pts?! been there for a quite 20kins and my appointment is also at 9am!! oh welll what can I do.?? it's ok so went down to watch Netflix on my phone instead while waiting!!! what im trying to say was... read more
