4 stars only coz appointment is at 9am so I went in was greeted by a beautiful lady upfront and checked me in. it was a fine morning. then came 2 more pts and it's at 9am w/c my appointment time so was seatng on their sofa. then someone called the last pt who came in. and in about 5mins someone fr inside came and called the other pts?! been there for a quite 20kins and my appointment is also at 9am!! oh welll what can I do.?? it's ok so went down to watch Netflix on my phone instead while waiting!!! what im trying to say was... read more

The staffing was all really nice. The only thing that caught me off guard was that my first appointment I had expected to have a cleaning, as was stated in their introduction video, but it was only x rays and treatment plan. This situation quickly became stressful as I was only in town for a few days these next couple of months. I asked them to give me a call if they had any cancellations in the next days before I was leaving town. I want to express how much I appreciate Aspen Dental in Elk Grove. I have had a lot of Dental work done in the last 3 years and I was real apprehensive about going to a new Dentist. But it was one of the best experience s that I've had at a Dentist in a very long time. I loved how everyone was concerned about my problems with my teeth and they listened! What a very modern and up-to-date and state-of-the-art facility. Everyone is very helpful and acknowledgeable. And one of the things I always look for is a turnkey office!!!! You can go and get everything done under 1 roof without having to go across town for this specialist or that specialist.. All is needed is a little bit of time and you get what you need & want. My experience at Aspen dental Elk Grove was one of the best I've ever had at a dentist office. Malani at the front desk was very welcoming and helped me with my paper work with no questions asked. Assistant Rihanna was so fast and painless with my x-rays. Dr Ragland explained my treatment to me thoroughly in terms I could understand. They were able to squeeze me in for a cleaning right after my new patient visit which was a major plus. Hygienist Jo did a wonderful job on my cleaning. I came into this location the other day, and the staff were so polite and responsive. They gave me all the answers I needed and made me feel comfortable. If you are looking for a trustworthy / awesome dental office, this is the one! They were great.

Such amazing staff from the front to the back office. I had a great experience and they walked me through every step. Starting from the first phone call to remind me of my appointment and go through my first visit of expectations, to the assistants taking X-rays and meeting the doctor and hygienist to sitting down with the treatment plan coordinator at the end of the visit. I will be coming back!

Three attempts to schedule to have my son's wisdom teeth removed, never would call us back. They don't even have a regular oral surgeon. They have one visit, once per month. I would recommend avoiding this business, clearly they are in the business of high volume, with no interest in patient care.
