My first time at this location, plenty of parking space, inside-the whole set-up is really nice, the DDS/DMS are very professional as well as the hygienist Danielle and other staff, but on July 14,2025 Mon things changed when I received a phone call from the manager Ms. Rosales that they have to file an Incident Report because the dental assistant dropped the needle on the floor that the Dentist used to numb my gum prior to my procedure not knowing and not telling the Dentist what transpired about the contaminated needle... read more

Horrible place, be careful they won't disclose charges & you will receive a surprise in the mail (bill). This is probably the worst dental office I have ever experienced. They are so disorganized, someone needs to audit or train the billing department. So many errors and is a waste of time trying to fix it. So to avoid all of this, just don't go here!

I needed help with my teeth! So I called Aspen Dental in elkgrove. At first very nice on phone. Came to my app next day. The young girl at the desk was very rude! My insurance was being a little confusing but she had told me I was disqualified from insurance. No i wasn't. She scheduled another app for me. So I took it. I called to make sure everything was good with insurance and never got a call back from Aspen Dental!! Very poor care. A Family member of mine came here for care in 2023, The Dentist did not ask but made the decision to burn off gums that surrounded a tooth, the procedure to burn off the gums was not discussed and not numbed prior to the operation. The Dental assistants even expressed shock at the aftermath of this procedure. The Dentist was not careful and expressed it in their behavior as well. Absolutely Horrific Experience - Elk Grove Aspen Dental If I could give negative stars, I would. From the moment I walked into Aspen Dental in Elk Grove, I was treated with complete disregard and neglect. My experience was not only unprofessional--it was traumatic. My husband went to Aapen Dental in July of 2024, our mistake was having two instances, he had Met life thru his work and I had Delta Dental. He went to get Dentures thru Aspen Dental. I had a horrible experience at the Elk Grove location. My appointment was rescheduled without my knowledge, and my prescription was not sent as requested, despite multiple follow-up calls (3x). The front desk receptionist named Natalia was extremely rude, disrespectful, and talked over me every time I tried explaining my situation. Don't ever come here!!!! They will scam you for deep cleaning and more things not needed to make money out of you on top of your insurance. They're corporate dental....they got their quotas and they don't care about you...only $$$. We're Asians and seeing Indian dentists there is a sign. Scammers!!!
