We booked an appointment yesterday. We show up ahead of time. Check in and told, the hygienist is not in today. So come another day. They constantly over bill. I made it clear that I only wanted the services that Delta Dental provides for or covers, but saying that to them is worthless. They're gonna do what they're gonna do and it's up to you to negotiate their financial mess that they get you into.

If I could give a zero, I would. They recently tried to scam me and told me I had gingivitis when I didn't. I had zero previous issues and all of the sudden it was super bad. They told me I had to schedule a "deep gingivitis" cleaning that was $300. I told them no and asked to schedule a regular cleaning and they told me they wouldn't schedule me for anything except that deep cleaning. Aspen Dental office in Sacramento was a complete disappointment. The entire time I was going there they didn't want to give me the service I was paying for. It took almost a year for them to listen to me. After I threaten to file a complaint with the AMA, they started taking my direction. I don't recommend Aspen Dental. The image that you will see is why. This is the partial they created for me and expected me to be happy with it. Lol are you serious.

Tatiana was very helpful today helping me with my insurance information, unfortunately I am not satisfied with the way the hygienist was acting, she was very rude towards her employees. The only people who were nice were the front desk ladies. I recommend firing the hygienist she is very unprofessional. I'm wondering how she even got the job. I will not be returning to Aspen dental, I don't want to hear anything from this garbage corporation.

I went to this office looking for dentures or implants on 7-6-23. Blood pressure was taken as well as xrays (blood pressure was high 215/102) and a treatment plan given with price. Came back in on 8-17-23 to schedule treatment and get on the oral surgeons schedule as well as pay for treatment. On the day of surgery I was told due to my high blood pressure he (oral surgeon) would not do the work as I might have a stroke while under general anesthesia and he would not know until a woke up and was told to see my doctor about tr... read more

Total scam for sure you pay in full and then Everything is extra I highly ask that everyone look for another place . We have been through hell and back with this place a total scam in every way . My husband dropped off my 2 kids and i specifically made it clear that we need a cleaning, when i got there my 2 kids was done and they said they just did the first exam which is just xray. when i asked about the cleaning they said they don't have time and we have to come back. This is so S*****!! They wasted my time getting off from work so early so we can all be done with the appt.
