Total scam for sure you pay in full and then Everything is extra I highly ask that everyone look for another place . We have been through hell and back with this place a total scam in every way . The staff is rude and never return a call once they have your money . The worst experience we have ever gone through recommend HELL NO NEVER

My husband dropped off my 2 kids and i specifically made it clear that we need a cleaning, when i got there my 2 kids was done and they said they just did the first exam which is just xray. when i asked about the cleaning they said they don't have time and we have to come back. This is so S*****!! They wasted my time getting off from work so early so we can all be done with the appt. The billing is a scam - they offer a great rate to get you to agree to do the work, then hit you with a bill that is outrageous, claiming that the "dental insurance" didn't cover what they expected. Our bill was in the thousands and doubled what they said it would cost. DO NOT trust this dentist. In addition, the staff is incompetent and barely know how to answer basic questions.

Don't go here these people are inexperienced for one the dentist sliced my tonsil in half didn't give me any antibiotics didn't even sew up the hole where he pulled out the tooth and secondly on their website it says they accept liberty dental plan and then so I got it because they the girl says they accept HMO and then I called back today and they're saying they only accept PPO I have a feeling these people are scammers.

We are a military family, and once a year around veteran's day, establishments will run specials for veterans to get services done that are either hard to get or not offered by the VA. After hearing from a couple sources that Aspen Dental was doing free services for vets around veteran's day, I called and scheduled an appointment for a teeth cleaning for hubby.
