I really enjoyed my first visit there today and met with the most caring and wonderful people I've ever encountered at the dentists office. Made me feel comfortable and described to me our plan of action and the details and the pricing and it is all affordable!!!
Today I feel like I have won the lottery....I went to Aspen Dental and had to have a lot of major work done, was lucky found the best Dentist in the world Dr. Jennings...Sidney the office manager also worked closely with me, after many months of root canals, fillings, pulling teeth and having no front teeth for eight months today was the crowning glory...my top bridge was the final step. Great staff, quiet atmosphere, very professional. Overall GREAT experience!
Don't waste your time. I scheduled my procedure THREE weeks in advance. They didn't call me until late the afternoon before. I attempted to call back multiple times with no answer, left a voicemail. I received my confirmation email that morning, came to my appointment, for them to tell me that they screwed up and they are not ready/able to complete my procedure. Worst place ever to go. Such a ripoff and taking advantage of others who have no choice. Worst accounting office ever. Make up things as years go along. Usually because their overall system has had a major fail and all data has been lost…. They are horrible.

If i can give zero i would. The audacity of this Aspen Dental Clinic in Abilene to send me a $1000 plus bill after a year of my nightmare experience on this hell dental clinic. my first time ever getting a tooth pulled I was treated so horribly with no compassion they did not use enough numbing gel so I literally felt everything I was in the back room screaming I was in so much pain and the doctor was so rude to me and was screaming at me telling me I just need to calm down but how could I calm down when I felt so much pain I will never ever ever go back to Aspen Dental

The front desk staff is rude. They ignore you until you sit down. I can’t get a hold of them on the phone. I left messages and sent emails and they don’t get returned. I work also and shouldn’t have to go to their office to get help.
They are over priced. 6000 to pull to teeth is way to expensive.
