Went in for a cleaning December 2018, and was told i need a gingivitis cleaning and then they could help get my oral health back on track (fillings, braces, etc) and to sign up for their credit system. Signed up and got approved for approximately $300. Went to the gingivitis cleaning and was so unimpressed i never went back. I do owe them $70, but got a phone call saying they're in the process of suing me if I don't pay my balance of $707. If i fight the charges and go to court i have to pay $1982 due to court fees added in.... read more

Went to get some teeth pulled and a new upper plate they gave me a price and showed me the picture of what I was going to be getting for that price. Then when I got it. It was only the temporary was nothing like the picture they showed me and then said I owe them more money to get the permanent. I could chew before I went in now 2 weeks later I can’t chew anything because they left bone in my gum and refused to take care of it. aspen dental needs to be shut down for good.

Do not go to this place. First off they give you wrong information about what they are going to do. Charge you for a temporary plate not telling you it’s only a temp then expect you to pay additional money to get the permanent plate. They do not do what they say or keep appointments on time. When you go to Corporate about it nothing is different. Do not waste your time or hard earned money on these people.

I went in for a cleaning and an awesome lady named DJ took care of me! She was kind, caring, and explained everything she was doing. If I could get her every single time that would be amazing! Super pleased with my visit yesterday!

If I could give it zero stars, I would. I have had so much work done by them and it’s all been crap. In June of 2016, I had 2 bridges done. In November of 2018, I found out one of the teeth that had been used as an anchor for the bridge was infected and had been infected for a long time, it needed a second root canal. I had the second root canal done in hopes of saving the tooth. One year after the having the second root canal done, the bridge fell off. I wish I could see the same dentist twice in a row. I spent alot of money and got nothing done. Just needed a partial made not a recommendation for $5K worth of work that needs to be done. $218 to pull a tooth seems a bit high

i paid my cost up front before any services were done, only to find out 3 years later that they sent a portion of my already paid bill to collections which hurt my credit. long story short, they will charge you, then send your bill to collections after youve already paid it.
Great for exams and cleaning so I went back to have four crowns replaced. Paid my portion immediately. Got embarrassingly amateur temps that they broke and molded together. Bruised my mouth tongue and nose during a build up they said was minimal as my prior dentist was a jewel! Temps also ripped my mouth up required a trip back to fix the 'teeny little problem' they spent 45 minutes correcting while telling me how minor it was.
