I had a dental emergency. I needed a new antibiotic because the one I was on wasn't working. The prescription called in wasn't done so properly. So I had no prescription called in. I needed the new antibiotics to see if they will work, before I might have to do iv ones on Monday. I called the emergency line yesterday at 7pm. I called several times till midnight. Twelve hours later still no call back. I call again 7am. Come to find out that the Dr on call isn't associated with Aspen Abilene and their files haven't been update... read more
I never seem to get a complete procedure done on each visit. My recent visit for a cleaning and bottom plate adjustment could not be done at the same time because dentist did not have the tools of the trade to adjust the screws on the bottom plate. On My prior visit the dentist asked that I bring in the screws and he would adjust the plate. Well as you well know the turnover in dentist is shameful. I would not recommend Aspen Dental to anyone.
this office is terrible. They try to lie to you and tell you that you have more problems than you actually have to get more money. When you go somewhere else and try to get your records it's a nightmare! The staff is very rude!!! Would not recommend it!! Overpriced!
Constantly re-scheduled, told that the hygienist that did our expensive deep cleaning was fired for not doing her job correctly, not offered a refund or procedure, then told that our initial dentist calls in sick to work all the time to use the female one instead.. Just for her to refuse treatment 2 days before a procedure. it has been over 6 months and several hundred dollars now and NOTHING has been done. I would think twice before coming here for certain
The Dollar Store of Dentistry. My teeth were in better shape before they started working on them. Multiple trips for a crown and it still cuts in to the gum when I eat. Steer clear of this place. I have seen better results from a veterinarian!
The X-Ray tech was top notch. The prices seemed outrageous on fillings and crowns. I have had two fillings done and the young guy doing them was in such a hurry, he didn't wait for the numbness to settle and insisted the "cold feeling" was normal and nothing he could do about. The fillings should have taken at least 30 minutes, he was done in under 15. There was still glue on my teeth and it's very rough between the 2 teeth he filled. Floss keeps getting stuck in there and I end up breaking it to pull it out.
