The office staff is very nice, the technician who did the X-rays was extremely nice to my daughter. But the DENTIST was one of the rudest most repulsive human beings I have ever seen. He was extremely demeaning and snippy to the poor tech who was trying to assist him. He was snippy and cavalier to me, and he was completely dismissive to my seven year old who is always so excited to go to the dentist. It was the worst Dental experience I ever had the Doctors suck they just want your money they don't care about the patient even if your in pain Aspen Dental dont go there I would send my worst enemy there I give them zero stars
I was completely dissatisfied with this place. I will not be going back or recommending them to anyone.
Stay clear of this place. I went here a couple years ago and was very dissatisfied. I went in and was informed by the business manager that the dentist said I had 15 cavities but only 11 needed to be drilled. I had went to a different dentist 6 months earlier and had no cavities, just some weak spots. It was going to cost me $3,000 to drill these 11 cavities. I went in for x rays after my old dental insurance expired and I got Humana which would only allow me to go here. I waited for over 30 minutes past my appointment time and there was hardly anyone in there. I went back and they take x rays of my teeth and the mouthpiece was sharp and dug into my gums. I get my results from the dentist and he said I had 15 cavities between my teeth but he only wanted to drill 11 of them. RUN RUN RUN!!! DO NOT GO HERE!! In 2016 I finally faced my fears of the dentist and went to have my wisdom teeth out. I was recommended to Aspen (which was a mistake). There was a lot I needed done and I thought what the heck i'll do it. I was feeling brave. I sat down with Brett the office manager at the time and he went over the total bill with me. I paid all my bill in full in oct of last year ! Have Pd in full receipt ! Over year later I still don't have a set of dentures that fit ! And the lady in office told me in front of others she would turn me In for collections! I have never received a bill until last two days! I'm getting a lawyer ! No one talks or threatens me in public office
I went in first to get a dental plan for removal of my teeth, and to get dentures for replacement. The staff was great, very nice. Dr.Key was nice very professional. I had a very painful broken abscess tooth several days ago, so I went back to them for help. They did x-ray and Dr said it needed to come out. So I paid $$, and went back to have it pulled.
