I have choose ....well more like had no choice but to go to a different dentist in Edwardsville... Aspen made my permanent denture way too big...the teeth are too long and lopsided I can't close my mouth right . they refused to fix the fix and look of the denture.. so here I am 2800.00 later paying another dentist to try to fix this unusable piece of plastic they put in my mouth. I will be calling my insurance and insisting they refuse to pay this place or I will take them to small claims court myself... don... read more

They pulled a couple teeth they had to make a top denture and a partial and they ended up having to make the partial three times it’s still not fit my mouth they told me I need to deal with it because it’s a healing denture I can’t close my mouth all the way this is poor practice I still have to pay for it as if it was correctly done but they’re not offering me that option.

Horrible! Wasn’t listening to patients request. Seemed like they didn’t want to do there job. A waste of time. SCAM! They just want your money!
The worst service I have ever had. I went in for a broken tooth. I have been in pain for 2 months now. They told me that they had to contact my insurance company before setting appointment. I kept calling to see if this was done, they blamed the insurance. After about a month of complaining they apologized and said it was their mistake then set me up for an appointment. Our story is not good. I paid in the neighborhood of $1000 for an upper plate for my lady friend, it was inferior, fell apart (teeth fell out) within 14 months. Aspen said they were out of the 1 year warranty, and I'd have to pay full price to get another set. Last week they told us we had bought the cheap dentures, and the good ones were way more expensive, this was the first time we heard there were different quality levels.
