1sr appt waited 40 minutes however once I got back the ball rolled pretty fast!
I've had better experiences buying used cars. Employees late returning from lunch (I had first appointment after lunch break), so my appointment started late. Sterile X ray devices were removed from packaging and place on unsterile countertop before being placed in my mouth. Untrained new employee, second day on the job, doing X rays; tore up the inside of my mouth with the X ray devices. Once in an exam room, the depth of gum gap was being measured. worst experience ever, person taking xrays was rude, kept jabbing my gums with the thing they put in your mouth, when I told her this she said I don't know how its plastic, well it left several small abrasions. then instead of scheduling me for the preventive cleaning I asked for and covered by insurance they came up with a cleaning thet cost $2000. I left. felt like I was dealing with used car salesman. would not recommend to anyone.

This is an efficient, professional, caring staff. All procedures have been explained to me, and all questions and concerns are addressed. Thus far, this has been a very positive experience (under the circumstances).
Unprofessional, did more damage to my mouth and lips than anything. Dentist uses a hook to stretch your lip with extreme force. Couldn't tell the difference between tooth and bone, kept making it worse. Will definitely be telling my friends **AVOID AT ALL COST**
Made an appointment for 8:15 and didn't get seen until almost after 9 o'clock just for them to tell me they couldn't take my wisdom teeth out, and that I needed to see a oral surgeon.. let me add that I asked them on the phone if they could do that before I even made an appointment..
Hi think Aspen dental is about money and not the care of the patient. They are not accurate with their procedures. I definitely would not recommend Aspen dental to any of my friends or family!!!
