nothing like a 3 hour wait when you had an appointment........
1st visit. Last visit. 1 hour and 45 minutes for X-rays and to tell me that I had a broken tooth which is why I went in to get fixed. Just another chain trying to run the little guy outta business. Ain't gonna happen with customer service like they provide.
this office is out to get whatever money they can. Quoted me a price for a filling and a cleaning of $316. I told them my cleaning is preventive and covered by insurance. They said yes we are giving you a deep cleaning. A procedure that I do not need. I see the dentist every 6 months for a cleaning and have never had to have a deep cleaning before not even my first trip to a dentist after not seeing one for 10+ years. What a freaking joke!!! After Sitting in the waiting room for an hour the dentist gave me her plan of care even though I let it b known I already had a plan of care w my original dentist!!!! I need a simple extraction!!!!
Been 2 months since going to them for new denture top and full bottom, still not wearing them because they don't fit right. Bad under over bite that causes more pain than comfort. Have appt later this week where they are saying they will have them right then. If not I will be returning them and demanding my money back.
