I would just like to say that Aspen Dental has been wonderful to me. Dr. Dill and Susan have been wonderful!! I was very scared when I went in for my first visit and they made comfortable and took very good care of me. This 43 year old woman was scared out of my mind and they made every thing ok and easy. Love em and would highly recommend them to anyone and to those that are fearful ask for Dr. Dill he and his asst. Susan made me happy and comfortable. Treated me with kid gloves!!!
This is my second visit to Aspen Dental. I really like the staff, they treated me really Nice.. they were very understanding with my needs. I really want to point out the dental hygenist Krista... very professional and as sweet as can be. I would recommend this place to any of my family and friends.

My daughter was told it would be a specific amount to have some feelings taken care of. She is young and on a fixed income so she has to make payments before she could have the work done. After she got the work done they hand her a bag and it has an electric toothbrush brush in it. She never asked for it and they never told her about it. The toothbrush was 140.00. Horrible customer service. Don't explain to older patients very well. The billing Dept doesn't know how to do their job. Very disappointed and will not take my parents back to their facility
Drove over an hour to get there, and they were having a “National outage” on phone and online appointments booked and told me to reschedule.
Canceled two appointments back to back and tooth hurts so bad. Left me screwed for a month and half. Not worth the time, I’ll take my business elsewhere.
I had a tooth extraction and they pulled the wrong tooth. then blamed me. meanwhile they used x-rays from 5 months prior. after I mentioned an attorney told me to leave and sent me another bill. now let me say I paid in cash upfront. so there shouldn't of been another bill. save the hassle amd go somewhere that they care about the patient instead of the money. worst dentis office ever
