Showed no compassion for a patient in pain. They didn't care at all about a persons needs at the time but only cared about how much money they could accumulate in the future. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT A CARING DENTIST!!

I went aspen dental in owssao OK and loved it. Never had to wait more then 10-15 min to be seen. Here frist time I was here i waited 45 min to back and had to reschedule for a morning. Here to day got here 15 min before my appointment we are going on 45 min and still in waiting room waiting to be seen. I shouldnt have to wait a hour from the time of my appointment to be seen. They act like you have all time to wait on them here.

this place is a joke and the staff an manger are really rude like if you dont have great customer service and dont like people find another job

Had an appointment at 915, walked in and they said it'll be at least 10 because they failed to put us in the system when we called the first time... not only that, receptionist (heather) acted like she hated her job and people. Every 2 minutes when the phone rang, the response would be "it's going to be a while, I have 2 people who walked in with no appointments and I have a ton of papers to copy." While rolling her eyes.
