The doctor is very rude has no bedside manners at all whatsoever!!!! Im sitting there asking for more numbing medicine and he started huffn and puff cause he was in a hurry ... then to top it off they add a $135.00 toothbrush to my bill that i DID NOT want ... find a different dentist, these guys are HORRIBLE ..

I think the Dr doesn't care about the comfort of his patients he is hurried and believes I should just sit there even if in pain to allow him to finish his procedure. I believe in this day in time a dental visit should be painless . And the patient should be told before hand what they(the dentist and the hygienists) are going to do to them( the patient). The billing people are not around to discuss charges or to explain billing when I have only a simple question on the last 2 visits when I check acct. online to see statement... read more
They treated me very well, however, just over a year after getting work done, all the fillings they did are literally just falling out. Not at all pleased with their work. Would not recommend to anyone I know.
Went in with pain and they didnt anything for me besides give me pain meds and they said they would call me when they had availability which made me look for another dentist...
I was there an hour and a half for them to tell me a hole lot of nothing and way over priced
I feel they were not on top of there business very unprofessional when they tell you a procedure needs to be done you should not have to tell them what needs to be dine they write it down then they give you estimate and it comes with fine print. Got my lower partial not happy with it the part that suppose to look natural looks fake they said suppose to look better than the wires and my cleaning the hygienists now that is a different story don't and I repeat don't be her last patient you get speed clean which is not good.
They are slow. I had to wait 45 minutes to see the dentist after going into the room. It shouldn't take this long to be seen for about 10 minutes by the dentist.
IN 4 phone calls I was told each time that my first appt would include full Xrays and a complete exam for free. Then they charged my credit card. The dentist went over a treatment plan with me and then was charged and set up for a lot more work than we discussed. My credit card was charged $711 4 weeks before my work was to begin. I don't trust people that don't tell the truth and play bait and switch. I canceled all appts and was told I would get a full refund. I'll keep you,posted as to whether that was a true statement.
