I went there a couple weeks ago for my very first time, to get all four of my wisdom teeth taken out. I was so nervous because of my past dentists experience. But the person that took care of me, Chase Elliott, he was super nice, funny, and explained everything in detail. And he wasn't so serious. He had humor. And I was just in yesterday and today to get fillings done, I didn't have him yesterday, but today he was in there helping, and he was soo nice and gentle. Staff was really good about explaining to me what they were doing. Went over my X-rays with me, explained the stages of periodontal disease, and really made sure I understood my treatment. Scheduling was easy and they were even able to get me in for multiple things in one day. I definitely won't be going back to my old dentist; Aspen is great!
Staff has always been professional and friendly. I have always been very wary of going to the dentist but the staff at Aspen Dental in Ames have been great!
Went there to get three teeth pulled out at the same time. The process was simple and not complicated. I was so happy with the service I even bought the dentist who pulled my teeth out Angela some flowers. Very happy with the service.
It's not easy getting used to dentures, but after three months I am eating almost everything. The Aspen Dental diet was an added benefit as I lost 20 lbs. All the people in the Ames office are the best
I thought the people at Aspen dental in Ames, IA were very nice! Angela the hygienist is awesome...she knows teeth. And Ted is really cool! I'm actually looking forward to my appt. And Marion the Lab tech is very nice. Adrianna, Brandon and Brooke are really nice and the front desk people Rachel and Chase.
