I thought the people at Aspen dental in Ames, IA were very nice! Angela the hygienist is awesome...she knows teeth. And Ted is really cool! I'm actually looking forward to my appt. And Marion the Lab tech is very nice. Adrianna, Brandon and Brooke are really nice and the front desk people Rachel and Chase.
I absolutely love the people at the Ames Aspen Dental. Angie, the hygienist is the best and takes care of my whole family. All the assistants are friendly and polite and the people up front are always smiling and answer all my questions. Excellent place! Super satisfied!
Aspen dental in Ames, Ia is the Best! They are ALL so friendly and know what they are doing. They give a very thorough exam to find out exactly what you need...Angela Elliott the hygienist is pretty amazing! Will be a returning patient for sure!

Their staff is friendly, and clearly want to help people. But, the place could use a clean up and updated. I waited over an hour for my appointment while others were brought in that had appointments after me. This was also the second time I had driven to have my appointment; the first time I was notified to leave because they were way behind. If I lived further away I’d been way more upset. When a patient calls in with an issue like an abscess and is told that the doctor will call him back, you would think that the customer would get a call back as soon as possible since an abscess is pretty serious issue stemming from something that was preformed at the office a few days before.

I called ahead to schedule a cleaning. When I checked in I stated I was here for a cleaning. They said they were running behind which I understood with the given circumstances. 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment I was finally taken back to the chair. They wanted to do X-rays and I said again that I was only here for a cleaning. They continue to do X-rays and I waited in the chair for 2 hours. It was fine. The location was clean, the staff was nice enough. The dentist I saw kept trying to push a bridge on me for something I’ve had no issues with for 15 years. Then she just kind of wandered away without telling me if there was anything I actually needed done. When I met with the patient care rep, it turned out I brought an old insurance card with.
