Waited over 2 hrs past my appointment time and another hour after I got in the chair until I saw the doctor. Even after the terrible experience they call an exam they tried to book another appointment where they wanted to charge for unnecessary items. worst experience ever!!
Guy,Went in for a general cleaning. Got the free exrays and exam. Dr. said everything looked healthy. Went back for a general cleaning, the hygenist said I needed a full mouth periodomal deep clean with oral antibiotics for the infection. $2,000.00 worth of work. Left and went back to my previous Dentist Consameous Dental. They said everything was healthy just needed a good cleaning, and that Aspen Dental is a Rip Off.
completely unprofessional... no one there looked like they were out of highschool. the "manager" had a goatee. immidiately went for the "3000 dollar proceedure" xrays were taken in a broken office computer chair. im pretty sure the xray machine doesnt have sonys "stable shot" but the operater took the xrays while the machine was shaking and moving. sorry. but i would never recomend this place and i wont ever return.
The dentist who saw me for less than 3 minutes was not professoinal nor friendly. I spent 2 hours of my afternoon waiting around during their new patient check instead of getting my teeth cleaned like I wanted. They even lost my xrays shortly after taking them. Do not go here unless you have a lot of time and A LOT of patience.
My poor fiance went to get a treatment on his gums - they numbed him up the first 2 times he went but this last time they decided it wasn't necessary - hes a brick layer- definitely can take some pain. After numerous times telling the lady who was working on him how bad it hurt - she simply ignored it!!!! That is insane treatment - needless to say - he looks awful right now, hands still shaking - I wouldn't send my worst enemy there. Horrible sanitary habits. Don't change gloves, puts sterilization objects on unsterilized counters. Gloves are to protect you and staff. Not just staff..........
