This office has total disrespect for patients time. They constantly reschedule appointments and when you get upset they do not respond to your call after leaving a message. Total disrespect.
My experience is they care only about money and not the patient. Atleast this is the Amherst NH location. A small example of this was a couple years back I had one of their treatment plans. Thousands of dollars and 2 years later one of the crowns is lose. I learned from 2 other dentists that they improperly fitted it. when I had the crown put in they said it would last at minimum 3 to 5 years. Mine didnt make 3. Go in get it fixed right ? Nope over a week later still in pain they tell me i need to pay 140$ just to look at... read more
Hello friends a few weeks ago I posted how Aspen dental gave me an Oral B toothbrush but apparently they billed me for it. No one ever said the toothbrush wasn't a sample from Oral-b and as I had been given other sample things from other doctors as given to them from pharmaceuticals and medical companies I naively thought this was one of those times. Give Patients privacy. From where I was seated I could SEE and HEAR everything that was going on with patient across the hall from me.....I was very uncomfortable and AWFUL!!!!!
