I can truthfully say that I've never come out of the dentist's office pleased... Until today. Today's appointment at Aspen Dental in Amherst was the first time I have been pleased with a dentist's office. I saw 4 different people and didn't wait for anything. Everyone was kind, efficient and personable. They provided me with options for getting all necessary procedures completed, within a timeframe that works for me, within the boundaries of my insurance and my budget. Aspen dental is fantastic! I had to either get a bridge ur dentures. I started at Aspen then went to other dentists for second opinion and what I heard from others was extremely costly and unnecessary. I went running back to Aspen to Amherst where the people were kind, compassionate and understanding. The dentistry is fantastic! I'm so pleased!! They made the experience so much smoother. I haven't been to the dentist in a long time and when I finally went the staff was so nice and caring and they made me feel very at home and set my mind at ease..I recommend Aspen dental to anyone that is scared of the dentist..

I had a dental emergency, I took a chance and called Aspen Dental, not only did they see me the same day, they got me out of a lot of pain. All of the staff are pleasant and professional. The patients, all are happy to be there, and all of the patients really like the the dentist and staff. I have to say that I am also happy to be a patient there and would highly recommend the Amherst Aspen Dental. They were a god send to me. Thank all the staff, Diane and of course Dr. Yoo.
