I started going to Aspen Dental mostly because it was just around the corner from work. I keep going because the staff is professional and caring especially Melinda who did my last cleaning this past Thursday.

I just had a filling done at the Amherst location and I could have slept through the entire process. Dr. Kumhar (spelling) did an excellent job would definitely recommend. Although I have never had any issues with any Aspen Dental, my wife had a billing issue while dealing with the Amherst location, and was unable to resolve it. After months of research, and waiting for responses she became so frustrated she paid the $26 and is looking for another dentist.
I have been going to aspen dental for a few years now and they are wonderful! The staff is very efficient and friendly!
My only complaint was the price (thankfully they give you a quote prior to services). Because what I need done was so expensive, I requested an extraction but the staff was able to work with me a provide a procedure more in my price range.
