Went in for brocken crown. Id say overall an average operation staff with some very bright spots and some opportunities for improvement. Very understanding financial staff/manager, i felt very taken care of. Technology is top notch as best i can tell. I recently switched over to this dentist and I’m glad I did because I’m in love with Aspen. The staff is incredibly sweet and friendly, and they are gentle while working on your teeth. Everything is done efficiently and seamlessly with no nonsense. Everything is modern and up-to-date, and there are even TVs you can watch while in the dentist chair! As always, a good friendly experience. Went in for the deep cleaning, everything went great. Had an appointment 2 weeks before for a crown, they put a temporary one in. After my cleaning they put in the permanent crown, I was in and out no problems. Dr Kumar was very gentle and I didn’t feel rushed. The whole process was fast and easy!
