I find the staff at the Amherst office is friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to go beyond what is expected. Even though my last appointment was only for a cleaning, the hygienist asked the Dr. to take a look when I mentioned I had had some major discomfort a few months back. Brittney m went above and beyond at my first visit to the office my oxygen tank ran out and she immediately got me another tank thank you brittney and the hole aspen team .
I had not been to the dentist in years, I had to have an evaluation and X-rays . The staff was great , the x Rays went super fast because I have a little mouth and a sensitive gag reflex. I have to have a few procedures . They were really great explaining the process to me and are willing to work with me on a budget. Every one was great there . I'd recommend them to friends and family .
Everyone is very friendly, and personable. The hygenist is excellent and the dentist is very good.
I:ve always had a fear of the dentist since I was in my teens. an I mean fear. But going over to Aspen Dental, they have been so great to me, that some of the fear has gone. The professional staff and dentists are very pleasant and address all of my concerns with care and a smile. With the change in my dental insurance, I had to switch offices and had some hesitation going to "chain". All hesitations disappeared on my first visit and this provider is very personable making you feel special.

I think Aspen Dental is the best place to go if you need any work done on your teeth. They are very efficient,kind and know their business. I would recommend them to all my friends.
Tracy is the best!! She always talks and go over my questions no matter how many times. Aspen is lucky � to have such a great employee. Dr. Shah is also the best dentist I have ever seen, very understanding and gentle.
