I can only speak for the Nashua location on Amherst St. next to the Good Will Store... I'm one of those people who experience high anxiety when I have to go to the dentist... past experiences at other dental offices have not proved to be great. The office staff and clinical dental professionals here, at Aspen Dental, has been a much better experience EVERY time! I no longer need to take an anxiety medication prior to my appt.!! The people here are what makes this location so great. They are very kind, reassuring and gentle. Love Them! I would recommend this Aspen Dental especially to anyone who is afraid, timid or embarrassed to go to the dentist. They will take wonderful care of you and put your fears to rest.
I was scheduled for a cleaning, but had a toothache. I told the girl at the front desk and she gave this information to the dentist. the dentist examined me and determined I had a cavity that needed to be filled. So after just a short wait they took me to have the cavity filled, and made a different appointment for the cleaning. No fuss, just great service, not having to re- schedule for the filling.
I have to say I love the people in the back of the office. They are amazing. Loved the dentist. Made sure I felt no pain. Intake and out take girl not so much. A little condescending. Good thing the girls doing the actual work are great.

I love the people here they're all so friendly!! Definitely highly recommended �
The hygienist, Michelle, was good with both my boys (5 & 7). She was very personable. I would've given 5 stars except she didn't tell the boys what she was about to do. Also, we had a to wait awhile for the dentist to look at 1 of the boys. They retail some products and I found that to be priced higher than my dentist.
Very courteous and efficient & informative staff. Made me feel at ease when discussing various procedures.

Need to be a bit more up front about treatments and cost BEFORE performing them!!! Especially since my dental insurance isn't covering it! Other than that everything went ok.
