The women behind the counter was a miserable bitch she lied about two different things to me and end up getting nothing done but they billed my insurance before I had anything done so place needs to b looked into
Friendly and competent staff. However as a franchise business, it has rigid structures you don't have to that same degree at an individual dentist's office. For example, repairing a missing filling can't be treated in a single visit. .
Worst office I've ever been to! Not only did they forget that we where there (we waited an hour and a half) but then processed laugh and joke about how they forgot, right in front of me! Didn't know is was so hard to sit on your ass and tell the Dr when the patient is there. We paid before they even did it, and got there a half an hour early! If we came an hour late you would of had us reschedule! Horrible inconsiderate twits
Not only are they thieves and tried to ruin my husband's credit. All I wanted was my teeth cleaned which my insurance pays for. First they tell me I have to come in for 2 different appointments (the exam and then the cleaning) today they call and ask me to reschedule my appointment that I've had scheduled for almost 2 weeks. Inconvenience, thieving company!!
These people over charged me, sent me home twice because I was 15min late and then made me wait 30 min each time i was there I wont go back
