So far the staff and services have been ,,,,,,,,,EXCELLENT........I am still awaiting the end results of my upper plate to be finished and I will then write another Review .

I have been very pleased with Aspen Dental over the last couple of years. They are professional and accommodating. I feel like a customer as opposed to a "patient". There is a huge difference between the two.

I was very happy with this office. not only was the visit quick but the Dr. made me feel relaxed. on top of that, there was an insurance mix up and the front desk ladies were apologetic and more than willing to help me figure things out.

Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication in the Amsterdam office. My husband was seen and developed an infection. We called the emergency line twice, requested a call back and never heard back from the Dentist on call. Also, it was never communicated to us that his procedure would be happening in another office, until the day before. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!
