My first attempt at making an appointment - they call me back a few hours after making the appointment to tell me that no new patients can be seen on Saturday. So I take half day at work to make an appointment (today) after 1.5 hours of X-rays and waiting the office manager comes to tell me that the doctor can’t see me today because he is rescheduling all of his appointments. Disappointing that this happened twice

When you get kicked out of Aspen Dental because after 3.5 hours of 4286 xrays, then waiting while listening to the sales pitch by an air compressor salesman in the other room, and then being told you need to have half your mouth ripped out, $9k of work done, and they refuse to give you a plan for your emergency broken tooth other than "here are some antibiotics, don't chew on that side". I think they are more concerned with you , applying for their credit card . I wonder if they get some sort of commission? I would suggest that if you don’t have dental insurance to do your research before visiting Aspen Dental.

In May My son was having tooth pain..No cavities and they referred him to pediatric dentist..he is 12. Appt made for August to clean and seal teeth...still having pain. I work evenings so morning appointments aren't always easy. Dragged myself out of bed and my son and went to appt just to be told it was cancelled....NO CALL to cancel. They can reschedule in October...are you kidding me.

If you don’t want to wait an extreme long time, do not go here. I had my first appointment yesterday and waited over an hour. I was told by a girl sitting by me she had been waiting 2 hours, people had appointments after us and were brought in before. People were walking in with no appointments and brought in before us. After getting in it took over another hour to get things done. Almost 3.5 hours later, they told me I needed almost $7k if work! Craziness!

Forgive me for the rant...I do not normally bad mouth anyone or any business. We all have bad days but I can’t stress this enough-NEVER go to Aspen Dental. Never!! I went to the Queensbury office. I asked around (after my horrible experience) and their fees are extremely over priced. Most of the staff are rude and not gentle or considerate at all when doing xrays. They cut the roof of my mouth with the X-ray tools last week and it still burns today. Also the staff was complaining about my insurance company keeping them on ho... read more

$16,000 for an upper plate and additional work they said I should have - even with good dental insurance it's still outrageous, I won't be back.

To be clear, I don’t recommend THIS Aspen Dental. Take the drive and go to the Schenectady office. I’ve had nothing but bad experiences with this office. With billing questions not being able to be answered. They’re so quick to sell you the dental credit card but then don’t actually know anything about it. Scheduling conflicts. Oye. What a headache. I live in Tennessee and get e-mails from Aspen dental in New York about appointments I know nothing about. How they got my email-I don't know. Cannot contact anyone???
