By far the worst dental experience I have ever had!! Just terrible on so many levels to say the least. Poor care, poor scheduling, poor billing, very unprofessional. Deserves less than a 1 star

Tried calling at 4:45,was told to call during Reg. Business hours. Their web site called out 8:00am--5:00pm for today. When do they stop answering the phone ???

I went in for a filling, but had an infection under one of my molars. I was given a few options for a bad tooth? It was all of a sudden that we realized it needed to be pulled. I don't like surprises, but this was only going to get worst. I thought Dr.Hill was professional and I had enough proof to make the right decision. I'm kind of sad I lost a tooth though? Now I'm recovering. Thanks.

Probably the worst customer service I have ever gotten. Although the dentist himself was great everything about this place is awful. My first appointment I waited over an hr to be seen. I ended up having to reschedule because I had another appointment for work. So I come back for the initial appointment. The first appointment is just a check up. OK so they suggested dental work. Went back for X-RAYS - had a 1:30 appt - finally got called after 2:00. Girl started to do the X-Rays had to stop - was having COMPUTER issues. Finally got done - put me in a room to wait for the DENTIST to look at the films. Well I waited a good 45 minutes- RIDICULOUS- like REALLY???? Finally I heard a slight knock at the door 🚪- he came in ck'd me over - said everything looked ok advised me to invest in a WATERPICK. The assistant walked me out.
