After getting a 2nd opinion, it was determined I didn't need the treatment they said I did! Dishonest practice!
Lady at front desk was “going to lunch in 15 minutes” I know this because that’s all she talked about to me and other staff across the room. Such a horrible experience. I went there because they answered the phone on Sunday and gave me appt for early Monday morning. I had been in great pain all weekend and have no insurance and limited funds. My free initial appt I was informed would be $106 “I could go ahead and pay that b4 even going back or I could pay twice” nice... went back had xrays and of course the nice dentist lady I needed 2 teeth pulled for additional $378. when I cancelled my work this afternoon the head person over the financial department yelled over everyone "oh she is cancelling because she had to wait over 50 minutes and one of our techs left her back there" my first recommendation was deleted. they charged me with over 500 dollars of things like fillings I just had filled 7 months before and a gingivitis cleaning I also had in that time span twice. So rude. I'll never be back to this place. The front staff was amazing but the hygentist and Dentist her self was so rude and I've never felt so awful before.

0/5. I was vastly disappointed in my visit with Aspen Dental. The receptionist verbally mocked a customer after hanging up with them. One of the dental assistants referred to another assistant as an 'airhead' after she left the room. The dentist admonished me for flinching, and said "I know you can't control flinching, but I will literally drill a whole in your cheek. Do you want me to do that?". the hygienist, Melanie, tried to intimidate and bully me when I had xrays at the Anderson location on Friday. She was extremely rough and caused cuts inside my mouth with the sharp edges of the films. I feel very unsafe there and will never go back.
lousy overcharge and manipulation of charges. they want prepaid and then will not refund when service is not performed.
They can be more professional dealing with patients who concern regarding treatment. Insteading of lack of care for patient.
