I had to wait 3 weeks for my initial visit, then I had to come in 15 minutes early to do paperwork, then waited 1 hour and never saw the dentist. After listening to a couple of the girls talking about how unimportant I was that they were moving on to the next patient I very (lucky for them) peacefully left. I WILL NEVER WASTE MY TIME THERE AGAIN! I WAS EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED AT THE "CUSTOMER SERVICE " THEY RAVE ABOUT.
They add on items that are unneeded, and week refuse to clean and inspect your teeth unless you buy their additional items. They are just out to make a buck, find a good local dentist and avoid the chain.
Without going into much detail, I encourage anyone considering seeking treatment at this office to reconsider. Do yourself a favor and do a quick search of Aspen Dental scams. In a nutshell, they will use scare tactics in an attempt to sell you an expensive "treatment plan" which you may or may not need. Their treatment coordinator is nothing more than a salesman. They are an unethical, misleading, over commercialized business disguised as a dentist office.
I had never visited an Aspin Dental so I called the 1800 number and requested an appointment to schedule a cleaning. When I went for my appointment they immediately began X-rays and had a nurse check out my teeth. Afterwards the doctor came in, checked out my teeth, commented on how good they looked, and proceeded to tell me that all I needed was a cleaning.
