Called today to schedule an appointment because I’m overdue and the lady who answered the phone was very rude and kept putting me on hold. She never could find my name, Birthday or phone number in the system. I will never step foot in the Anderson, SC office again. Awful customer service.

They refused to give me the advertised 10% senior discount for my $8,500 dental work. I am 69 years old and on a fixed income. they rip off old people. How sick is this!!!!! Don't use this awful group. Read all the complaints on goggle about them. I give them a zero rating.

I have been going to Aspen dental in Anderson for quite some time. While I have no complaints about the service, I am terribly upset with the scheduling. My appointments have been cancelled or changed nearly every time. If it is so hard to schedule an appointment and then follow through with it why do you do it? I have never been in an office where my time is valued so little. I won't be bothering you any more. I will once again have to look for a new dentist. Our first experience (16 mos. ago) was very good. Dr. System provided excellent care. Sadly, I cannot say the same for our latest contact. My husband had a severe toothache & another broken tooth. One was badly abscessed. The new dentist recommended extraction for both, after a course of antibiotics. She, however, insisted that an oral surgeon be called in.....which would have left my husband in severe pain for two more weeks! They even demanded payment in full (abt $1200) BEFORE the appointment could even be scheduled! This... read more

A very unpleasant experience ever had dealing the office staff! No I will never go back nor recommend anyone to go to Aspen Dental in Anderson, SC

My initial visit was ok except they did not do my insurance correctly. I am waiting to see how long it takes for them to do a prepayment plan with my insurance to compare my out of pocket cost. Was told they would submit it Monday but I wasn't convinced they meant it and I need service immediately.

I couldn't even talk to the person on the phone without getting interrupted in a condescending tone a thousand times. Rude people don't make a good business, I'm sorry but I will drive another hour to the other Aspen dental. Not recommended

Over all bad experience! I applied for credit there and was approved. The work I needed done couldn’t even be done there so they referred me to another dentist therefore the credit I applied for couldn’t be used anywhere else because only Aspen Dental takes dental first financing. Came there in excruciating pain and left there in excruciating pain! Needless to say I found another dentist.

The staff and the doctor were so rude, I wouldn't go there if it was the last dentist in Anderson.
