X-ray, Hygenist, and the Dentist were all great, but when we had to go talk to the lady at the desk it turned bad. It has been a while since I have been treated that badly. Will not be going back.
Just don't go here. Very incompetent! Got treated like a kid, and waited an hour and a half!!
You better write down or read what you sign because what they tell you and what they do is totally different when confronted with issues they came back with the records and said they had addressed all our concerns ,I think they put it in the records after we talked,because they had no answers to start with!
Steve Capell had teeth removed and dentures put in. Everyone was great and very nice.Hope to have lots of success with new teeth.
I wont ever go back again. He numb my mouth before pulling my wisdom tooth. I screamed because the needle hurt. He said , "scream again and you can leave" I had just had that same tooth filled 2 weeks prior to this visit. My family and I are now happy Patients of cornerstone on 81. Aspen is a get you in and out quick Clinic. I felt like i was to much trouble .
This visit was like how fast you could get it done not like I mattered it was all about the money not the person in the chair.
Never again will I go to this place, and I will tell everyone of my horrible experience. I had a crown done and o complained of it hurting from the moment I had it done. When the crown came out they would not fix nor refund my money. Also the manager Joe is a joke! Took a week to even get a call back. This place is the "fast food" of dentist. I'm so upset.
