First time at Aspen Dental. Was a wonderful experience! The staff was very welcoming and made me feel comfortable, since I have anxiety at the dentist. I was really put at ease. I had two teeth removed and was not the best patient being so nervous. But Brooke was great assessing what I need to do for a treatment plan. And Montanna was a wonderful assistant keeping me calm and seeing me through the whole procedure. She was on point assisting Dr. Holbrook! Who by the way is awesome! I've always feared the dentist. My son was here today to have a sore tooth removed. Aspen Dental claimed they had no record of his previous visit in 2017 or 2018, during which they did a cleaning, filled two small cavities, and did a root canal with a temporary cap. Today, they claimed that my son and I were rude and aggressive to them. We asked why they didn't have that record, and why we were being charged new client prices. They did not provide an answer. This place is a joke. I paid $26,000 for dentures that I can’t wear. Every time I went back there all I heard was that not everyone can wear bottom dentures. Not once did they have the dentist come in and look and try to figure out why they didn’t fit. They used a tool and not the original way and the girl had problems with it. I went to another dentist and they said they would never fit because they were made wrong. I had to pay another $2,600 for new dentures and they fit perfectly and I can wear the bottoms. If your going for full dentures be patient! This doesn’t happen over night. Be polite with the staff. Honestly I couldn’t be happier with the dentures I got.
