Terrible service! They just want the $$....
Whoever I spoke with about account discrepancies doesn’t seem to understand their own ledger. They tell me I have a balance from services in December of 2017. She claimed the insurance didn’t make payments until recently (July / aug) but your own ledger disputes her own words. She keeps citing the in network discount as what insurance was estimated to pay, but that’s the difference from the negotiated rate and original service charge. Dentist was young enough to be my son, and would not listen to me. It is all about the money there, Will not go back and do not recommend them at all
