Aspen Dental is deceptive frauds! I cannot believe a real dentist would lie the way they did. They tried to add extra treatments that were not needed and deemed them imperative, I spoke to dental instructors to get a second opinion and they were horrified. My kid ended up just needing a cleaning and filling prior to braces, they tried to add on an extra "special" cleaning for $300 a root canal or extraction, and lied, saying wisdoms need extracted before braces, that is a blatant lie) They tried to sneak in a $135 charge for... read more

Not a chance in hell would I ever go there again dirty ,dentist was rude ah staff was great though .they didn’t try to help they just milked my insurance told me it be 14 k to get some teeth pulled and dentures lmao they are crooked no doubt about it
Do not go here. They are horrible. Mutliple reschedule issues and overcharging with bills even though I have EOB. Talked about me what they thought I could not hear then refused to give me names. Poor staff and manners.
My father had an appointment with Aspen dental, because his bottom dentures will not fit properly – they are too tight. My father took off work for his appointment today 7-31-19, at Aspen dental in Arnold Missouri and was sent away with out help even though his appointment was made two weeks ago. What the don't advertise - Payment for procedures are due prior to scheduling an appointment or no appointment. If you cancel the appointment they take about 2 wks to reimburse. In my opinion that is too long to wait for a money-grubbing dental practice to refund money they demand you pay prior to services being performed. Root canals are only done on Friday with a 2 wk wait. If you are in pain, you wait. Antibiotics are not going to make you pain free while you wait on them, no matter what they say. The doctor would not write a pain prescription knowing I needed a root canal knowing I was in a lot of pain unless I scheduled my next appointment and paid for it!!!!! They did numerous x-rays of teeth that were not hurting. Absolutely a money grabbing place wanted to do an oral cancer screening. I had heard bad things about Aspen before but gave them the benefit of the doubt. Never again.
I was taken advantage of when I went to Aspen dental for help. I was in excruciating tooth pain, needing a root canal retreatment. I told them what service I needed, but instead of telling me they couldnt provide that service, they did xrays, and Dr. explained he couldnt help. $160 later.. I didnt get a free exam and xrays like they advertise because I didn't have them give me a full exam. the receptionist didnt explain I wouldnt get the coupon if I only did a limited exam.
